Amirah Gems Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be done within 3 days after you received the product. All items should be in brand new condition and with all Amirah packages attached. Items that are damaged, Scratched, Broken or altered may not be accepted and your exchange will be rejected.
The purchased item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the Amirah Jewellery for inspection. The company requests the customer to ensure that the items are packed and sealed properly for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to the showroom. All exchange items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request. We try hard to accept all items returned to us to serve you a better service, but return requested items should pass our inspection on points mentioned above. Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock. The exchange will be free of charge if the item passes our inspection. Please note that there are NO cash refunds. Step 2:
Once your request is acknowledged and approved by our Customer Care team, You should send us the product. Once we’ve reviewed the exchange requested item based on our inspections quality we will let you know if your exchange request has been approved.
Step 3:
Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will deliver the product to your doorstep for your convenience. Note that: Delivery charges will be applied.
